Strength Genie Brings Unique Workout Regimen to Frisco

Spa-like gym touts evidence-driven exercise on prototypical machines

FRISCO, Texas (Jan.22, 2019) – Those with New Year’s resolutions to get in shape now have an additional option to choose from with the opening of Strength Genie in Frisco. The spa-like fitness center boasts new-age exercise machines that deliver a next-level workout experience. And according to owner and fitness coach Forrest Michals, you need to experience the workout’s benefits to believe it.

“I’ve been around strength training and fitness machines for over 50 years,” stated Michals. “What we’re talking about with Strength Genie is unlike any other gym or workout routine. It’s a scientifically-based exercise regimen with clinically-proven benefits. And the upside is that dramatic results can be attained with just two 20-minute workouts a week.”

The prototypical exercise machines at Strength Genie all have unique names. There’s the Vasper—a compression-based machine that resembles a bike/elliptical combo, the ARX Fit, resistance machines for strength training and repetitions, and the Car.O.L, an artificial intelligence-powered stationary bike that uses algorithmic learning to personalize your performance.

In addition to the prototypical machines, Strength Genie customers can track their progress through the gym’s onsite Fit3D image scanner. The initial scan offers an integrated look at body type, mass index and measurements necessary to establish a baseline snapshot of each user.

Users can achieve desired results with just two 20-minute
“evidence-based” weekly workouts, perfect for busy executives or parents on the go. Membership is $199 for a three-month contract, and a second family member can be added for just $99. Members will not only get personalized workouts, but also a true education in how evidence-based workouts benefit the body— even down to the cellular level.

While Strength Genie is new, the prototypical machines that grace the spa-like gym have picked up interest from several high visibility influencers. Well-known motivational guru Tony Robbins is a regular user of the Vasper equipment and select members of the Texas Rangers MLB team have also experimented with the workout regimen.

“I’m very excited to bring the next level of fitness equipment to Frisco,” added Michals, who lives in the far northern suburb of Dallas. “This community is booming, people are on the go, and we’ve got a great workout solution to offer folks. Just about every single person who comes in and tries the workout signs
up when they finish the routine.”

Strength Genie is in the Hackberry Crossing Office Park, at 9555 Lebanon Road, Ste. 503, Frisco, TX 75034. The fitness center is open Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday from 8:00a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Those wishing to schedule a workout can stop by or book an appointment online at:https://www.vagaro.com/strengthgeniellc.

About Strength Genie

Strength Genie represents the next level in evidence-based fitness regimens. Utilizing clinically-proven benefits through prototypical exercise machines, Strength Genie delivers quantifiable results through two specially-designed, 20-minute workouts. The Strength Genie program begins with a Fit3D body-scanning analysis, which then tailors your workout on three distinct pieces of exercise equipment: the ARX Fit, Vasper and Car.O.L. Each of these machines is dialed in to your exact body-type specifications, providing an exercise regimen destined to become the future of physical fitness.

Strength Genie was founded by Forrest Michals. A leader in the fitness industry for more than 50 years, Forrest was one of the first to bring Nautilus and HIT-style training to the public. He also pioneered in isokinetic exercise and invented an early prototype of today’s accommodating resistance machines.
